• Handle customer enquiries on Phone, Chat or Email.
• Customer onboarding and showing the system around over Skype/ Remote Desktop etc
• Convert Leads and Upsell to Existing Clients, responsible for customer Satisfaction, Actively Build Partnerships with Resellers, Aggregators & Operators, generate leads through LinkedIn, Represent the company at various International Telecom events.

Total Experience:

• Minimum 3 yrs. in International Sales.
• Candidates with experience in International Call Centres or SMS/VoIP/ Enterprise Telecom sector will be preferred.
• Arabic/French/Spanish Speaking candidates will also be preferred

Shifts:

Comfortable to work as per regional work hours / Morning or Afternoon Shifts.
